• •Provide accurate descriptions and use genuine, recent photographs.
• •Clearly state the condition of the item, including any defects.
• •Do not sell prohibited or unsafe products.
• •Do not misrepresent products.
• •Keep evidence of transactions where appropriate.
• •Respond honestly and promptly to buyer questions.
• •Follow applicable consumer and product-safety laws when acting as a trader or business.

Where a product is suspected to be unsafe, Warrinly may temporarily restrict or remove the listing, flag it for admin review, record the incident, prevent re-listing where necessary and escalate where appropriate. Warrinly does not claim that any product has been independently certified unless that has actually happened.

Warrinly may need to collect seller information for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, safety or platform-compliance purposes. Where legally applicable, this may include:

Because Warrinly hosts user-generated listings, images, videos, comments, reviews and communication, the platform operates a safety and moderation framework that includes:

• •Where necessary, listings may be hidden or removed, and accounts may be suspended or restricted.
