WARRINLY Reporting & Content Complaints Policy Last Updated: 10 August 2026 Warrinly aims to maintain a safe and trustworthy marketplace. Users may report content they believe: - violates Warrinly's Terms & Conditions; - is illegal; - is fraudulent; - infringes intellectual property rights; - presents a safety risk; - contains abusive or harmful material; - contains misleading information. How to Report Reports should identify: - the listing or account concerned; - the reason for the report; - relevant evidence where available. Warrinly may request additional information where necessary. Review Warrinly may review reported content and take appropriate action, which may include: - requesting additional information; - restricting visibility; - removing a listing; - suspending an account; - terminating an account; - referring matters to appropriate authorities where required. Appeals Where Warrinly takes enforcement action, the affected user may be provided with an appropriate opportunity to appeal, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the case. False Reports Users must not knowingly submit false or malicious reports. Repeated abuse of the reporting system may result in account restrictions.
