WARRINLY Prohibited Items & Content Policy Last Updated: 10 August 2026 To help keep Warrinly safe and trustworthy, certain goods, services and types of content are not permitted. 1. Illegal Goods and Services Users must not list goods or services that are illegal to sell, supply, possess or promote in the United Kingdom. 2. Weapons and Restricted Items Listings involving prohibited or unlawfully supplied weapons, ammunition, explosives or other restricted items are not permitted. 3. Drugs and Controlled Substances Illegal drugs, controlled substances and products intended to facilitate illegal drug use are prohibited. 4. Counterfeit and Stolen Goods Users must not list: - counterfeit branded products; - stolen property; - goods obtained through fraud; - products that infringe intellectual property rights. 5. Unsafe Products Products that present an unreasonable or unlawful safety risk may not be listed. 6. Adult and Exploitative Content Content involving exploitation, abuse or unlawful sexual activity is prohibited. 7. Fraudulent Listings Users must not: - advertise items they do not possess where the listing implies immediate availability; - use fake identities; - use misleading photographs; - provide false product information; - manipulate prices or offers; - request payments through fraudulent methods. 8. Financial and Investment Services Users must not use Warrinly to promote unlawful financial schemes, scams or unregulated activities where applicable legal authorisation is required. 9. Personal Information Users must not publish another person's private information without an appropriate lawful basis or permission. 10. Spam and Malicious Content Spam, malware, phishing links, malicious software and attempts to compromise another user's account are prohibited. 11. Enforcement Warrinly may remove prohibited content and may suspend or terminate accounts associated with serious or repeated violations. Where required, Warrinly may cooperate with relevant authorities. 12. Reporting Users can report suspected prohibited listings through the reporting tools provided by Warrinly. Reports will be reviewed according to applicable procedures and law.
