WARRINLY Short Video Privacy & Content Policy Last updated: 10 August 2026 Warrinly allows users and businesses to upload short promotional videos connected to listings, products, properties, services and businesses. This policy explains how videos are handled and what users must consider before uploading content. 1. Video Uploads When you upload a video to Warrinly, the video may be stored, processed and displayed through the Warrinly platform for the duration of the selected video package. Videos may be processed to: - Store and deliver the video - Create previews and thumbnails - Optimise video quality and performance - Display the video on Warrinly - Measure views and engagement - Connect the video to your listing 2. Personal Information in Videos Users should avoid including unnecessary personal information in videos. Do not upload videos containing: - Private addresses or personal documents - Bank or payment information - Passwords - Telephone numbers belonging to other people without permission - Private conversations - Sensitive personal information If another identifiable person appears in your video, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate permission to publish the content where required. 3. Children and Young People Do not upload videos featuring children or young people unless you have the appropriate parental or guardian permission and the content is lawful and appropriate. 4. Copyright You must have the necessary rights or permissions for everything contained in your video. This includes: - Music - Images - Logos - Film or television footage - Third-party video - Voice recordings - Graphics - Brand material Warrinly does not grant users permission to use copyrighted material belonging to others. 5. Moderation Uploaded videos may be automatically or manually reviewed before publication. Warrinly may: - Reject a video - Remove a published video - Suspend video publishing privileges - Request changes to a video - Restrict accounts that repeatedly violate the policy 7. Video Visibility Published videos may be publicly visible to visitors and users of Warrinly. Depending on the package purchased, videos may appear in: - Warrinly Short Videos - Homepage promotional areas - Featured sections - Search or category areas - The user's listing page 8. Video Analytics Warrinly may collect information about video performance, including: - Number of views - Likes - Shares - Clicks - Engagement - Publication and expiry dates Analytics are used to operate and improve the video service. 9. Video Retention Videos remain available according to the exposure period included with the selected package. After the promotional period expires, the video may no longer be publicly displayed. Warrinly may retain technical records associated with the video where reasonably necessary for security, legal, accounting or operational purposes. 10. Deleting a Video Users may request or initiate deletion of their videos through their Warrinly account where this functionality is available. Deleting a video from public display does not necessarily mean that all technical or legal records are immediately erased. 11. Complaints and Copyright Reports If you believe a Warrinly video infringes your copyright, privacy, image rights or another legal right, you should contact Warrinly with sufficient information to identify the video and explain the issue. Warrinly may investigate and remove content where appropriate. 12. User Responsibility By uploading a video, you confirm that: - You have the necessary rights to upload the content. - The information presented is accurate to the best of your knowledge. - You have obtained required permissions from identifiable people appearing in the video. - The video complies with Warrinly's policies. - The video does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights. 13.
