Delivery Policy

WARRINLY Delivery Policy Last Updated: 14 September 2026 1. Who Sets Delivery Options Home delivery on Warrinly is offered and fulfilled by the individual seller or business listing the item. Sellers decide: - Which delivery options to offer (standard, tracked or express, where configured). - The delivery fee for each option. - The estimated delivery time. - The areas they deliver to. Collection-only listings do not offer home delivery. 2. What You Pay The delivery fee shown at checkout is the fee configured by the seller for the option you select. The total you pay is calculated by Warrinly at checkout and confirmed by the payment provider. Delivery fees are held together with the item payment and released to the seller with the order. 3. Your Delivery Address Your full delivery address is stored securely on your order record and is only accessible to: - You, the buyer. - The seller responsible for fulfilling the order. - Authorized Warrinly administrators where necessary for support, disputes or legal compliance. Your full address is never shown on listings, public profiles, reviews, search results or marketplace pages. Only the outward postcode or district is shown publicly where needed. You can save delivery addresses to your account for faster checkout and update or remove them at any time. 4. Dispatch and Tracking After payment is confirmed, the seller prepares your order and marks it as shipped. When shipping, sellers can add: - The courier used. - The tracking number. - A link to the courier's tracking page. Tracking information is provided by the seller from the courier. Warrinly does not generate or verify tracking data; always check the tracking link provided by your courier. 5. Delivery Confirmation When the seller or courier tracking indicates delivery, the order shows DELIVERED. You should then check your order and confirm receipt with the CONFIRM RECEIPT button in My Orders. If delivery is indicated but you have not received the item, use REPORT A PROBLEM on the order page during the buyer protection period. 6. Delayed or Failed Delivery If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time given by the seller, contact the seller through the order conversation first. If the issue is not resolved, report a problem from the order page and Warrinly will review the case. 7. Consumer Rights Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where it applies to your purchase. This policy is provided for information and may be updated. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of the relevant purchase.
